Apartments & Availability

Highpoint offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom townhome apartments ranging from 449 to 2,033 square feet. View current availability on our Floor Plans page or contact our leasing team for additional details.

Each apartment home includes stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer and dryer, granite countertops, and hardwood-style flooring. Features vary by floor plan.

Residents are responsible for electricity, water/sewer, trash, and internet services. A full utility breakdown will be provided prior to move-in.

Leasing, Applications, & Tours

Lease terms range from three to fifteen months, depending on availability. Please contact our leasing team for current leasing options.

Applications are completed online through our website. Simply select your preferred floor plan and submit the required application information.

At the time of application, residents pay a $60 application fee (per applicant or married couple) and $150 toward the administrative fee.

Prior to move-in, residents pay the remaining $250 administrative fee, prorated rent, and pet fees (if applicable). A full cost summary is provided before lease signing.

Applicants must demonstrate income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent and meet credit and rental history standards. Full qualification criteria are available upon request.

Applications are processed instantly through our screening partner, Findigs. Once the online application is completed and submitted, applicants receive an immediate decision.

We offer in-person tours, self-guided tours, and virtual tours. Tours can be scheduled online or by contacting the leasing office.

Available move-in dates are displayed when selecting a specific apartment home on our website. Once you choose your preferred unit, the earliest available move-in date will appear before completing your application.

Pets

Yes. Highpoint allows up to two pets per apartment home. Residents and their pets can enjoy nearby walking trails and green spaces.

Yes. A maximum of two pets is permitted per apartment home with a combined weight limit of 75 pounds.

Restricted breeds include Chows, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, and Dobermans. All pets must be registered with the leasing office prior to move-in.

Pet costs include a one-time pet fee of $400 and monthly pet rent of $50 per pet.

Amenities

Community amenities include a heated swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, coworking lounge, package lockers, and controlled access entry.

Yes. Most community amenities are included in the monthly rent. Optional services, such as garage parking, are available for an additional fee.

Select amenities, including the fitness center and coworking spaces, are accessible 24 hours a day. Other amenities, such as the pool and outdoor areas, operate during posted hours.

Yes. Residents have access to an on-site fitness center equipped with cardio equipment, free weights, and strength-training machines.

Reservable spaces can be booked by contacting the leasing office.

Yes. Residents may bring guests to amenities in accordance with community guidelines. Guest limits may apply.

Parking & Transportation

Highpoint offers garage parking for $150 per month.

Parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Guest parking is available in the parking garage and nearby street parking areas.

Yes. Secure bike storage is available in the parking garage.

Yes. Highpoint is located near bus routes and major highways, making commuting convenient.

Rent, Payments, & Leases

Rent payments are made online through the resident portal using ACH, debit, or approved payment methods.

Yes. Residents can schedule automatic rent payments through the resident portal.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

If payment is not received by the 1st, a $50 late fee is applied on the 2nd.
If payment is not received by the 5th, an additional fee is assessed, bringing the total late fees to $250 as of the 6th.

Yes. Residents must maintain renters insurance with a minimum liability coverage of $75,000.

Maintenance & Apartment Care

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office.

Yes. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, with priority given to urgent issues. Our service team works to resolve requests as efficiently as possible.

Residents may hang décor and personal items, provided that all modifications comply with lease guidelines. Please contact the leasing office with any specific questions.

Highpoint is located in Downtown Columbus and has a walkability score of 87, with convenient access to dining, shopping, and everyday essentials.

Residents enjoy convenient access to dining and shopping. DGX is located within the community’s commercial space, while nearby restaurants include The Goat, The Walrus, and Hydeout. Shopping options such as Easton Town Center are also nearby.

Zoned schools include Ohio Avenue Elementary School, Champion Middle School, and East High School. Nearby higher education options include The Ohio State University.

Outdoor recreation areas such as Columbus Commons, Scioto Mile, and the Olentangy Trail are located within one mile of the community.
